This privacy policy explains what Edward Rental Works collects through portapottyrentalsalinas.com and phone calls, and how it is used. Last updated October 6, 2026.
What do we collect?
- Quote form: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. Anything else you type is optional.
- Phone calls: your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment details needed to book. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
- Website analytics: standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) if analytics are enabled.
How is quote form data handled?
- The quote form is delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service that emails the submission to our team. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it.
- We use the details only to quote, schedule, service and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How are card payments handled?
- Card payments are processed by our payment processor through a secure link. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Are calls recorded?
- Recorded calls help us train staff and improve answers on this site. Any caller wording quoted on this website is anonymized — names, phone numbers, addresses and company names are removed.
How long do we keep data?
- Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted within 12 months.
- Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax and business law require.
What are my choices and California rights?
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by calling (831) 260-5800.
- California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We will not discriminate against you for using them.
Does this site use cookies?
- This site uses no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set its own cookies when you view it.
