About us
Who is Edward Rental Works?
Edward Rental Works is a portable restroom rental company based at 520 Brunken Ave, Salinas, CA 93901. The company rents standard, wheelchair-accessible and flushing porta potties, handwashing stations and restroom trailers, and its own drivers deliver, service and pick up every unit across Salinas and nearby counties.
We run this website, portapottyrentalsalinas.com, to answer the questions callers ask before they book — in plain language, with the price factors, rules and timing laid out. When you call (831) 260-5800, the person who answers can see the delivery routes, so you get a real answer on the first call.
We built the site around what customers actually say on the phone. We reviewed 78 recorded customer calls from 2025–2026 and wrote down every question, objection and surprise. The pages you read here exist to answer those questions before you have to ask.
- One company name on the truck, the quote and the invoice
- One phone number answered by a dispatcher
- Every fee named on the quote
- Real photos of real units

How we work
How does Edward Rental Works handle a rental from start to finish?
Edward Rental Works handles a rental in 4 steps: an itemized quote with a quote number, a scheduled weekday delivery with a call-ahead, cleaning on the schedule you chose, and pickup on the agreed date. Long-term customers get a reminder text before each 28-day cycle renews.
- 1
Quote
We confirm ZIP, dates, unit and count, then read back every line of the price and give you a quote number.
- 2
Delivery
A driver calls about 30 minutes ahead, places the unit on level ground and checks it is stocked.
- 3
Service
Long-term units are pumped, cleaned and restocked weekly. Event units arrive ready.
- 4
Pickup
Event units go back on the business day after the event. Long-term units go back when you call.
Are you all connected together, or are there different companies?
Edward Rental Works is one company with one phone number and one yard in Salinas. We do not operate under other brand names or route calls to other haulers.
Is it local that would be delivering it?
Yes. Our own drivers deliver from our yard on Brunken Avenue in Salinas.
Can I visit the yard?
Please call first. The yard is a working truck yard, and the dispatcher can tell you when someone is available to show you a unit.
What areas do you not serve?
We focus on Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, San Benito County and south Santa Clara County. Outside that area, we will tell you on the first call rather than transfer you.
